Wait for an invitation from RUT (MIIT)

When you receive an invitation letter you need to go to the consulate or embassy of the Russian Federation located in my country

1. Get a single-entry visa to enter the Russian Federation

2. Inform about the date of your arrival to the mail cmam_miit@mail.ru

3. Take a PCR (Covid-19) test 48 hours before crossing the border

After arriving in Russia, take a PCR (Covid-19) test (within 48 hours)

Sign a contract, pay tuition fee

Apply your Documents

in room 1302 for completion of Insurance (DMS) and Multiple entry visa

Register for migration registration (if a dormitory is approved) in room 1302

What to do if I am not approved for a dormitory, or if I already live in Moscow?

Get a multiple-entry visa in room 1302


The dormitory will be occupied from August 29 (if it is approved)

If I applied in person
Go to RUT (MIIT) (Having a single-entry tourist or study visa from another state university)

Sign a contract, pay tuition fee

Apply your Documents

in room 1302 for completion of Insurance (DMS) and Multiple entry visa
